Anke Golde

Anke Golde has extensive work experience in the food industry, with a focus on product development and research and development (R&D). Anke currently holds the position of Head of Customer Technical Service Food & Proteins Americas at Roquette since 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Kerry Group for over 20 years, holding various roles including Sr. RDA Director Sweet & Cereals, R&D Director Cereal, R&D Manager Cereal, Senior Food Scientist, and Food Scientist. Their responsibilities at Kerry Group involved leading R&D efforts for snack product development, managing the stage gate process, driving technology platforms, and launching new sweet and savory snacks with enhanced nutritional value. Anke also specialized in the development of nutritional bars, cereals, and snacks. Anke Golde's work experience demonstrates their expertise in product development, R&D management, and innovation in the food industry.

Anke Golde completed a Master of Science degree in Food Science at Kansas State University from 2000 to 2002.
