Claire Gauthier

Claire Gauthier is an experienced Research and Development professional specializing in cosmetic ingredients and oleochemical molecules. Currently serving as an Ingénieur Cosmétique R&D at Roquette since March 2022, Claire is involved in developing sustainable synthesis processes and managing a team of technicians and interns. Prior to this role, Claire was a Project Leader in Research & Development at Oleon, driving projects from ideation to industrialization, optimizing synthesis protocols, and collaborating on European projects. Claire's academic background includes a Chemistry Engineer degree from Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Ingénieurs en Arts Chimiques et Technologiques and a Master II in Green Chemistry from Université Paul Sabatier Toulouse III.
