Dior Sawaya is an experienced professional with a strong background in food technology and sustainable tourism. Currently serving as the Proteins Sales Strategy & Pricing Manager at Roquette since October 2021, Dior is focused on expanding the extruded plant-based proteins line to cater to the increasing vegetarian and flexitarian market. In addition, Dior has been the CEO and Founder of Neosafar since July 2017, promoting responsible tourism. Previous roles at Roquette included Transformation Program Management Officer, where project management for key transversal projects was emphasized, and Market Development Manager for the food sector, concentrating on Latin America and Australia-New Zealand. Dior's early career included a role as a Sampling Representative at Red Bull from 2004 to 2007. Academic qualifications include a Food Engineering degree from Ecole nationale d'Ingénieurs des Techniques des Industries agricoles et alimentaires and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Life Sciences from Université Saint-Joseph in Beirut.
