Florian Sarrazin

Florian Sarrazin is currently serving as a Professeur vacataire at Université du Littoral Côte d'Opale since January 2024. In addition, Florian has been a Technicien R&D at Roquette since September 2017, working within the Savoury Centre Applicatif and previously as a student on an alternating basis. Prior experience includes an internship at Brasserie de Launay in 2017, where Florian was responsible for the creation of a Microbiology Micro Lab and worked as an assistant brewer, and a brief internship at Nestlé in 2015. Florian's educational background includes a DUT in Biologie with a specialization in Agro-food and Biological Industries from Université de Picardie Jules Verne and Université du Littoral Côte d'Opale, alongside foundational studies at Université de Technologie de Compiègne.
