Matthieu Roche

Matthieu Roche currently serves as an Assistant Chef de Projet RH - PMO at Roquette since September 2025. Previously, Matthieu held the position of Chargé de mission RH (Responsable Alternants/Stagiaires) at Bonduelle from September 2023 to September 2025, where responsibilities included supporting managers with HR needs and overseeing the recruitment of interns and apprentices. Earlier experience includes working as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Up Skills, performing tasks such as sourcing and interviewing candidates, as well as various roles at Crédit Agricole Nord de France. Matthieu's educational background features multiple degrees including a Master in Project and Program Management from SKEMA Business School and an MBA in HR Management from ISG Institut Supérieur de Gestion. Additional studies were completed at UC Santa Barbara in Human Resources and other institutions in Banking and Human Resources.
