Roselyne Weltzer

Roselyne WELTZER is an accomplished HR professional currently serving as HR Manager and Senior HR Business Partner for Manufacturing and Global Engineering at Roquette since June 2007. Additionally, Roselyne holds the position of HR Business Partner for the Transformation Program in IS/IT and HR Development Management for France, along with responsibilities as Compensation and Benefits Manager for France and Europe. Previously, Roselyne worked as HR and Security Plant Manager overseeing a workforce of 265, and as Plant Human Resources Manager at Altadis from September 2003 to May 2007. Roselyne holds a Master 2 degree in Human Resources and Organizational Work from EM Strasbourg Business School, as well as a MSTCF in Finance, Accounting, and Auditing from the Faculty of Law and Management in Strasbourg, and a Deug in Economic and Social Administration from the University Robert Schuman Strasbourg.
