Thomas Hickey

Previously, they held positions such as Director of Legal, Commercial, Ethics & Compliance at THRIVE ENERGY LIMITED, President & Co-Founder of LexIntelligens, and General Counsel at Kuwait Energy and Transocean. Thomas has also served as an Adjunct Professor of Law at New York Law School and contributed to "The Business Guide to Effective Compliance & Ethics" by Kogan Page. In 2007, they pursued a Masters in Business Administration at the University of Strathclyde. Additionally, they completed a Corporate Finance Evening Course at the London Business School in 2002, and an Oil and Gas Course at the University of Dundee in 2000. Thomas also participated in various leadership programs, including the Hess Corp. & KornFerry Leadership Program and the Hess Corp. inhouse program, both in the field of Organizational Leadership. Thomas further enhanced their negotiation skills through the Strategic Negotiation program at Harvard Business School Executive Education in 2005.
