Patrick Lin

Vice President of Product Development at ROR Partners

Patrick Lin has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Patrick is currently serving as the Vice President of Product Development at ROR Partners since January 2023. Previously, they worked at Epsilon from 2019 to 2022, initially as the Vice President of Strategic Partnerships and later as the Senior Director of Product, Strategic Partnerships Group. During their time at Epsilon, they established and monetized data partnerships with major cable companies, integrated advanced TV offerings into the broader Data organization, and integrated advanced media products into agency buying capabilities.

Before their tenure at Epsilon, Patrick held positions at Epsilon starting in 2014. Patrick worked as the Director and Senior Manager of Advanced Digital Solutions, leading ad/martech consulting engagements and building technology roadmaps aligned with marketing use cases to generate positive ROI for clients. Patrick also served as a Manager and Digital Analyst at Moxie in 2014 and University of Chicago Booth School of Business respectively.

In 2012, Patrick worked at Infosys Consulting as an Analyst. There, they led the reassessment and realignment of capabilities and offerings for the Manufacturing Digital Transformation practice. Patrick was also a training and deployment lead for a global enterprise-wide and Oracle ERP deployment, harmonizing business practices for multiple business units and new acquisitions.

Patrick's earlier experiences include being a Research Assistant at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business in 2011, where they conducted psychology studies and analyzed results. Patrick also served as a Business Analyst Intern at Target.com and a Metcalf Student Intern at University of Chicago Global Health in 2011 and 2010 respectively. Additionally, they worked as a Climate Change Research Assistant at University of Chicago Law School in 2009.

Patrick Lin attended the University of Chicago from 2008 to 2012. Patrick obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Political Science and Environmental Studies with Honors. Additionally, they earned another Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Environmental Studies during the same time period.
