Barry Young has over two decades of experience in the restaurant industry, currently serving as General Manager at Rosa Mexicano Restaurants since September 2015, following a tenure as Assistant General Manager. Prior to this role, Barry held the position of Assistant General Manager at McCormick & Schmick's from August 2004 to September 2015 and managed operations at The Original Fish Company from August 2000 to September 2004. Earlier in Barry's career, responsibilities included serving as Kitchen Manager at AHCI - Ground Round & Berkshire Grill from 1995 to 2000, where key achievements involved managing the kitchen at the Prudential Center and overseeing the opening of Berkshire Grill. Barry's educational background includes attendance at Marina High School.
