Sharon Morris-Lencheski

Sharon Morris-Lencheski is an experienced educator and administrator currently serving as the Dean of Students & Faculty at Rosarian Academy since August 2022, where responsibilities include managing student attendance, discipline, and academic progress, along with developing academic and behavior plans. Prior to this position, Sharon held various roles including the Department Chair of Business Education Department and Instructor at Notre Dame-Green Pond High School, where coursework for 11th and 12th graders was developed and implemented. Additionally, Sharon has experience as the Executive Director of the Notre Dame Theatre Company and held significant leadership roles in the sports and entertainment sector, including Vice President/COO at Phoenicia Sport and Entertainment and Co-Founder & Board of Directors at SKI & Company. With a Doctor of Law degree from Widener University Schools of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Scranton, Sharon brings a diverse skill set and extensive knowledge to both educational and professional environments.
