Gillian Lambden

Gillian Lambden has a strong background in people management and operations in the food and beverage industry. Gillian began their career at Pret A Manger in 1997, where they served as Operations Manager for over a decade. Gillian then joined EAT Ltd as a Regional Retail Manager from 2008 to 2010. Gillian later worked at itsu, where they held the positions of Head of City Operations from 2010 to 2013 and People Director from 2013 to 2016. Gillian went on to become the People Director at Franco Manca from 2017 to 2018, and then at Be At One Cocktail Bars from 2018 to 2019. Currently, Gillian serves as the People Director at Rosa's Thai Cafe from October 2019 to present.

Gillian Lambden obtained a Diploma in Architectural and Building Sciences/Technology from Technological University Dublin, completing their studies from 1994 to 1997.
