Nadav Weizman

Nadav Weizman is the Senior Manager of Quality & Continuous Improvement at Rosco Vision. Nadav has been with Rosco Vision Systems since October of 2017 and in that time has transformed the wire harness department by acquiring automated equipment and balancing the workflow which yielded gains in throughput by 33% and quality by 20% with a 40% reduction in employee headcount.

Before joining Rosco Vision Systems, Nadav was with Kimber Mfg., Inc. as an Industrial Engineering Supervisor. While with Kimber, Nadav lead a team of Industrial and Process Engineers responsible for the implementation of Continuous Improvement projects and to ensure an efficient production of firearms, while utilizing minimal resources resulting in a 150% increase in profit margins on multiple product lines. Nadav was also responsible for managing the design and implementation of balanced and centralized 1-piece-flow Assembly and Finishing Cells throughout the organization which yielded gains in throughput of up to 7x and quality by 30 percent without an increase in workforce within an 8 month time period.

Nadav has a wealth of experience in developing efficient systems and processes. Nadav is currently using their skills to help Rosco Vision Systems continue to improve their quality and efficiency.

Nadav Weizman has a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering and Systems Science from SUNY Binghamton, as well as a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the same school. Nadav also has a certification in Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from Binghamton University and a certification from the National Council of Examiners for Engineering and Surveying (NCEES) as an Engineer-in-Training (EIT).
