Sheila Melania

Sheila Melania's work experience begins in 2019 as a Marketing Intern at Innovative International College, where they assisted in organizing campaigns, developing marketing strategies, conducting market research, and assisting in promotional activities for new majors. From 2019 to 2021, they worked as an HR GA at SKATA Creative House, where they performed HR and GA tasks, developed organizational guidelines and procedures, and handled recruitment processes. Following that, they worked as a Human Resources Generalist at Terampil from 2021 to 2022, conducting talent acquisition, signing employee contracts, and assessing personnel performance. In 2022, they became an HR&GA Supervisor at PT. Agiva Indonesia, where they supported management in recruitment processes, ensured compliance with personnel administration regulations, and implemented training initiatives. Currently, they are functioning as an HR Lead at Rosé All Day Cosmetics starting from 2023.

Sheila Melania completed their Bachelor's degree in Management of Technology from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia from 2015 to 2019. Before that, they attended SMAN 1 JAKARTA from 2012 to 2015 but did not obtain a degree or specify a field of study. Sheila has also obtained additional certifications, including Customs Education and Training from Apreisindo Multi Prestasi in March 2021, Certified Environmental Trainer - Occupational Safety & Health (CET) from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia in October 2019, and ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System Requirement from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia in October 2019.
