Christopher Blackman

Christopher Blackman currently serves as the Managing Director of Information Technology at Rose Associates, where responsibilities include leading technology transformation, driving innovation, and enhancing cybersecurity within the multi-family real estate sector. Additionally, Christopher has been a Board Member at Smart Outdoor Inc. since March 2021, contributing to the company's strategic vision. Previously, Christopher held the position of Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer at Empire State Realty Trust from August 2015 to March 2023, overseeing technology initiatives for in-house IT staff and third-party vendors. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Information Technology and Telecommunications Supervisor at Empire State Realty Trust and Empire State Building Co., LLC, respectively, with notable contributions to the Observatory Ticketing System and post-9/11 broadcaster relocations. Christopher is an alumnus of SUNY Westchester Community College.
