Scott Marino has a diverse and extensive work experience in the real estate industry. Scott began their career at AvalonBay Communities as a Portfolio Manager, overseeing multiple assets and contributing to standardization efforts. Scott then worked at AIMCO as a Regional Property Manager, successfully managing a large number of properties and training new managers. After that, they joined Home Properties as a Regional Property Manager, where they consolidated operations and increased NOI. Marino then returned to AIMCO as a Vice President, managing the largest portfolio in the organization and achieving top performance results. Scott later joined Compass Rock Real Estate as a Vice President, overseeing sales operations at a large residential community. Marino then worked at The LeFrak Organization as a Managing Director, leading a transformation of their portfolio. Currently, they are the Executive Director of Multifamily Management at Rose Associates, leading a team and managing rental properties in New York City.
Scott Marino attended the University of Rhode Island from 1989 to 1992, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy & Psychology. Scott then pursued further education at Simmons University from 1994 to 1996, obtaining a Master of Social Work degree with a specialization in Social Work. In 2000 to 2001, Scott enrolled in MBA coursework at Sacred Heart University.
