Cortney Welz has held various human resource roles in different companies since 2004. Currently working as a Human Resources Manager at Rose Medical, Cortney has been actively involved in planning programs, procedures, and policies impacting the organizations Cortney has worked for. With experience in recruitment, employee development, compensation, benefits administration, safety and health, employee relations, and more, Cortney has a strong background in HR management. Cortney is currently pursuing further education at Grand Rapids Community College.
