Darin Aprati

Darin Aprati, Chief Financial Officer, is an operational finance executive with 25 years of experience across multiple industry sectors. Prior to joining Rose Paving, Darin served as the CFO of ACP CreativIT, a private equity-owned technology reseller providing comprehensive IT solutions to commercial businesses and public sector organizations. He was also the CFO for the US operations of Coates Group, a privately-held technology company providing digital signage systems to retailers. He has led change in complex business environments, and has designed and executed domestic and international strategies at McDonald’s, Kraft Foods and MAT Holdings. Darin joined Rose Paving in 2020, where he is currently responsible for corporate finance, accounting, mergers and acquisitions, human resources, legal and business systems.

Among his accomplishments, Darin earned his BBA and his MBA from the University of Michigan Stephen M. Ross School of Business, and is a State of Illinois CPA. He is a volunteer Board Member and travel basketball coach at a not-for-profit youth organization in the suburbs of Chicago.
