Erica Kingsley

Erica Kingsley has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Erica began their career as a Food Server at Signature Retirement Living from July 2017 to August 2018. Following this, they worked as an Office Manager at Benchmarque Institutional Furniture for nearly six years, from January 2015 to September 2020. In 2021, Erica worked as a Policy Intern at the Canadian Cancer Society from January to April before transitioning to Chubb as a Claims Support Specialist from May 2021 to March 2022. Erica then joined Salesforce as a Business Development Representative from April 2022 to February 2023. Currently, Erica is employed as a Business Development Representative at Rose Rocket since May 2023.

Erica Kingsley attended Nelson High School in Burlington, Ontario from 2013 to 2017. Erica obtained their high school diploma during this time. After high school, they pursued a Bachelor's degree at Western University from 2017 to 2021. Erica completed an Honours Specialization in Health Sciences, focusing on the field of Health Sciences. In addition to their academic achievements, Erica also obtained several certifications. In May 2019, they obtained the Smart Serve certification from Smart Serve Ontario. In June 2018, they became Safe Talk certified through the SAFE TALK FOR TEENS program. Most recently, in May 2021, they completed a Customer Service: Working in a Customer Contact Center certification through LinkedIn.
