Samuel Hess

Samuel Hess is an experienced executive in the solar and roofing industries, currently serving as the Vice President of Retail at Rose Roofing and Restoration since July 2025. As the Owner of Hess Family Enterprises since September 2021, Samuel has developed a keen entrepreneurial insight. Prior roles include Sales Director at Barkley Solar LLC, where leadership of a sales team focused on lead generation was instrumental in increasing market presence. Samuel also excelled as Regional Sales Manager at G3 Solar, achieving top office status, and as a Solar Consultant at Fluent Solar, reaching top sales rep accolades in 2022. Additional experience includes various sales roles at Spectrum, MMS AT&T, and AT&T. Education includes a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management from Penn State Erie, The Behrend College.
