Delicia Harris, QMPH MAOL CCAP, is a seasoned community engagement professional with extensive experience in various roles aimed at enhancing community support and addressing violence. Currently serving as the Community Support Team Lead at Rosecrance Health Network, Delicia has a long-standing position as an Outreach Worker with the City of Rockford since December 2007, contributing to significant projects such as the RAVEN project and initiatives related to domestic violence and human trafficking.
