Kristin E.

Kristin E. has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Kristin began their career in 1998 as a Human Resource Assistant at Rosecrance Health Network, where they provided assistance to the Director of Human Resources in various tasks such as applicant tracking and new employee orientation. Kristin then became a Human Resources Generalist, responsible for employee recruitment, benefits administration, and providing guidance to leadership on employee-related issues. Kristin later advanced to the position of Director of Human Resources, where they managed all areas of HR services to support employees and contractors of a behavioral health organization. Their responsibilities included recruitment, payroll, employee relations, risk management, and compliance with licensing and accreditation requirements. Prior to starting their career in HR, Kristin worked as a Sales Manager at Nordstrom from 1994 to 1998.
