Racquel Buglioli serves as the Special Education Secretary at Roselle Borough Public Schools since October 2018. In addition to this role, Racquel has been employed at Ports America since 2001, where responsibilities have included Project Manager, Claims Clerk, and Admin. Racquel is an alumnus of Colonia High School.
