Poonam Patil is an experienced validation professional with a strong background in the pharmaceutical industry. Currently serving as a Senior Validation Officer at Rosemont Pharmaceuticals since February 2022, Poonam previously held the position of Process Validation Specialist at Dechra Pharmaceuticals PLC, where responsibilities included product control strategy compilation and process validation for New Product Development projects. Prior roles include Chemical Processing Engineer and Validation Specialist at the British Compliance Institute, where Poonam developed various process design documents and maintained production process flow. As a freelance Validation Consultant, Poonam created validation protocols and compliance documentation for major regulatory bodies. Poonam's career began as a Technical Engineer at Nilsan Nishotech Systems Pvt Ltd, focusing on technical sales and customer relationships.
