Anastasia Ely

Anastasia Ely is an experienced editor and children's book author with a strong background in education and literacy. Currently serving as an editor at Rosen Publishing Group since January 2017, Anastasia has contributed to the development and updates of the K-3 Reading and Literacy platform, Level Up, and collaborates on various projects within the digital team for grades K-12. Previously, at Studies Weekly, Anastasia wrote nonfiction articles, crafted teacher resources, and coordinated design updates. As a freelance author, Anastasia published the children's ebook "Willy is Wailing," which was acquired by Houghton Mifflin Harcourt for the Curious World App. Additional experience includes teaching as a 1st-grade teacher in St. Joseph CUSD #169 and as a substitute teacher in Edwardsville School District. Anastasia holds a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education and Teaching from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
