Andrew Higgins

Andrew Higgins is an Associate Attorney at Rosenberg & Associates, LLC since January 2020, specializing in litigation. Prior to this role, Andrew worked at Dunlap Bennett & Ludwig PLLC from January 2018 to January 2020 as an Associate Attorney and served as a Law Student Clinical Attorney at the Washington & Lee Community Legal Practice Center, representing indigent clients and managing cases from August 2016 to May 2017.
