April Striz

April Striz is an experienced accounting and human resources professional with a diverse background spanning over three decades. Currently, April serves as an Accountant at Rosenboom Machine & Tool since February 2023. April is also the Owner of Lost Lunker's Lodge, which offers lakeside lodging, since January 2016. Prior roles include Human Resources Manager and Accounting Co-Manager at RDI - R&D Industries, and a Temporary Financial Analyst at Doherty Staffing Solutions during a reorganization. April's extensive experience also includes serving as Controller for Lunker's Inc. & Angler's Inn, Controller/Office Manager at Holland Insurance Group, and a Controller role at Richard Harrison Bailey. Earlier in April's career, financial analysis and risk management were key responsibilities at Glaval Corporation. April holds a BA with a minor in Psychology and Business from Drake University, completed in 1988, and graduated from Emmetsburg High School in 1984.
