Michele Judkins is an experienced financial professional with over 15 years in controller roles, currently serving as Controller at Rosenboom Machine & Tool since March 2015, overseeing all accounting functions for a $35+ million facility with 200 employees. Prior to this, Michele managed financial operations at Custom Deco, LLC, where responsibilities included consolidated financial statements for a manufacturer with annual sales exceeding $30 million. Michele's expertise is further backed by extensive experience at Dana Holding Corporation, where control over accounting and IT departments was maintained across multiple locations. Michele holds an MBA from Bowling Green State University and a BS in Accounting and Business/Management from Ohio Northern University.
