Jerry Lovatt, CPA has over 20 years of experience in the accounting and finance fields. Jerry began their career in 1997 as a Senior Manager at KPMG in the Information, Communication and Entertainment sector. In 2000, they took on the role of Corporate Controller at Sylantro Systems. In 2007, they were the Interim Corporate Controller at Guidewire Software and the Vice President of Finance at Matisse Networks. In 2010, they became the Vice President of Finance at innoPath Software. From 2011-2017, they were the Sr. Controller Finance/SON BU Controller at Cisco and Associate Director of Revenue Recognition at Jade Global. In 2018, they were the Sr. Director of Revenue Operations at Qubole and from 2019-2022 they were the Vice President Finance at Centric Software. Most recently, they have been a Financial Business Consultant at RoseRyan, providing strategic finance expertise to private and public companies in the Software, SaaS, PLM, AI, Telecom, and Big Data industries.

Jerry Lovatt, CPA holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration - Accounting from San Jose State University, a Master's degree in Tax Law/Taxation from San Jose State University, and a Diploma from John W. North High School. Jerry also holds a Certified Public Accountant (Inactive) certification from the California Board of Accountancy, which they obtained in May 1994.
