Jono Nicholas

Jono Nicholas is an accomplished mental health professional with extensive leadership experience in both nonprofit and corporate sectors. Currently serving as Managing Director at The Wellbeing Outfit and Chief Mental Health Advisor for EY Oceania, Jono specializes in mental health and psychological safety in workplace settings. Additionally, Jono holds roles as Executive Director at The Impact Outfit and Director at Future Generation Investment Companies, while contributing as a board member for the Telco Together Foundation and Roses in the Ocean. Formerly, Jono was CEO of ReachOut Australia, where the organization supported over 130,000 young Australians monthly, as well as CEO of ReachOut Ireland. Jono's academic background includes a Master of Public Health from the University of Sydney and a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Macquarie University, complemented by ongoing executive education at Stanford University Graduate School of Business and the University of Melbourne.
