Koushik Mahadevan

Koushik Mahadevan is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Head of Human Capital at Rosetta Hospitality since December 2023. Prior to this role, Koushik held positions at Radisson Hotel Group as Human Resources Manager and at Fairmont Hotels & Resorts as Talent & Culture Manager. Koushik's career also includes significant roles at The Leela Palaces, Hotels and Resorts, where responsibilities included Assistant Manager of Human Resources, as well as earlier roles at ITC Hotels and The Leela Palaces, where Koushik progressed from HR Assistant to HR Executive and Supervisor. Koushik holds a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management and Marketing Management from the University of Madras and a Bachelor of Science in Hotel/Motel Administration/Management from a previously attended institution.
