Sonia Galindo

As General Counsel & Secretary, Sonia Galindo oversees legal, corporate governance, government affairs, and compliance matters, as well as human resources for Rosetta Stone worldwide. Sonia joined the team in January 2015 from Keurig Green Mountain Inc., where she served as Vice President, Associate General Counsel – Corporate and Corporate Secretary.

Sonia has over 20 years of legal experience with Federal agencies, large law firms,s and in-house counsel with multi-national organizations roles, including as Ethics and Employment Counsel at the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation Trust, Assistant General Counsel, and Assistant Corporate Secretary at McCormick & Co., Inc., at Blank Rome LLP, and at the US Securities & Exchange Commission. Prior to her practice of law, she was a financial analyst at Citicorp.

Sonia earned a BA in Finance and a BS in Economics from Hood College in Frederick, Maryland, and a Juris Doctor from John Marshall Law School in Chicago, Illinois. Sonia speaks conversational Spanish and is learning Italian.
