Gavin Graham

Gavin Graham has a diverse work experience in the hospitality industry. Gavin started their career at Park Hotel Kenmare in 1995, where they interned in various departments such as F&B, housekeeping, and front office. Gavin then moved on to Keswick Hall - an Orient Express Hotel in 1998, where they began as a Management Trainee and eventually became the Front Office Manager. In 2009, Gavin joined Park Hyatt Chicago, holding positions including Director of Rooms and Executive Housekeeping. Gavin then joined Hyatt Hotels Corporation in 2010 as the Corporate Rooms Manager for International Operations and later became the Director of Project Services. Currently, Gavin works as the Corporate Director of Guest Experience for the Americas, Caribbean & Europe at Rosewood Hotel Group since 2017.

Gavin Graham obtained a HND in Hospitality Management from the Northern Ireland Hotel & Catering College (NIHCC) in 1997, and later pursued a BA (Hons) in Hospitality Business Consultancy from the University of West London, completing it in 1998.
