Patricia González-Arroyo Pérez

Patricia González-Arroyo Pérez has a diverse range of experience in the hospitality industry. Patricia most recently worked at Rosewood Hotel Group as the Director of Banquets and Events. Prior to that, they served as the Food and Beverage Operations Manager for Banquets at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, L.L.C. Patricia also has experience as a Pre-opening Team Trainer at The Madrid EDITION and as the Banqueting Operations Manager at Palace Hotel, a Luxury Collection Hotel. Patricia has held various roles at Grosvenor House, A JW Marriott Hotel, including Assistant Banqueting Operations Manager and 86 Park Lane Manager. Patricia has also worked as the Assistant Banqueting Operations Director (Acting) at JW Marriott. Before that, they gained valuable experience as a Conference and Events Operations Supervisor at Hilton Wembley London and as an F&B Supervisor at The Belgian Café Restaurant. Patricia's early career consisted of roles as an Event Executive at SportsMark Management Group and in Marketing and Business Development at Repsol YPF. Throughout their career, Patricia has consistently demonstrated their expertise in successful operations management and customer service.

Patricia González-Arroyo Pérez holds a Master's degree in International Event Management from the University of Brighton, which they obtained from 2011 to 2012. Prior to that, they completed a Licenciatura degree in Organizacion de Eventos y Protocolo and a Licenciatura degree in Publicidad y RRPP from Universidad Francisco de Vitoria, spanning from 2003 to 2008. Their education journey started at the Private School Mater Salvatoris, where they earned a Baccalaureate degree in Technical Baccalaureate - Grade B from 1992 to 2002. Additionally, Patricia has obtained various certifications related to leadership, customer experience, event management, and hospitality from reputable institutions and online platforms. Some of their certifications include "Leading with Purpose" from LinkedIn, "ServSafe Manager" from National Restaurant Association, and "WSET" from WSET - Wine & Spirit Education Trust. Patricia also completed the Management Development Program 2 from Hilton Worldwide in 2014.
