Toni Hung

Toni Hung has extensive experience in various roles within the IT field. Toni is currently working as the Director of Infrastructure & Network Operations at Rosewood Hotel Group since October 2022. Prior to that, they were a Senior Manager of Workspace Technology at CLSA from April 2021 to September 2022. From December 2016 to April 2021, Toni served as the Vice President of Information & Communication Technology at CDB Aviation. Toni also worked as a Service Manager for IT at Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts from July 2014 to December 2016. Toni began their career at GroupM in June 2007, where they held the positions of Global Infrastructure Operations Engineer from November 2011 to June 2014 and Technical Support Analyst from June 2007 to November 2011.

Toni Hung holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Information Systems from Staffordshire University. In 2019, Toni attended MIT Sloan Executive Education to study Artificial Intelligence: Implications for Business Strategy. Additionally, Toni has obtained several certifications, including Fortinet Network Security Professional (NSE 4), VMware Certified Professional 6.5 - Data Center Virtualization, and Cisco Certified Network Associate Routing and Switching (CCNA Routing and Switching). Toni also holds ITIL Foundation and MCITP: Enterprise Administrator of Windows Server 2008 certifications. In 2022, Toni obtained the Microsoft 365 Certified: Teams Voice Engineer Expert certification.
