Joseph Dircks

Joseph Dircks is an experienced culinary professional, currently serving as Corporate Executive Chef at Flagship Culinary Services since April 2022, and as Executive Sous Chef at Rosewood Miramar Beach since May 2021. Dircks' extensive career includes roles such as Chef at Four Seasons Hotel since May 2018, Executive Chef at Calistoga Ranch from June 2017 to May 2018, and Chef de Cuisine at Four Seasons Resorts from July 2015 to May 2017. Prior experience also encompasses roles as Sous Chef Tournant at Four Seasons Resort Hawaii, Chef de Cuisine at Jumeirah LLC, and Line Chef at Morimoto Restaurant. Dircks holds an AOS degree in Cooking and Related Culinary Arts from The Culinary Institute of America, earned between 2004 and 2006.
