Demitry Faler is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations and management within the aerospace and defense sectors. Currently serving as the Vice President of Operations and previously as Plant Manager at Roshel Smart Armored Vehicles since September 2020, Demitry Faler has a robust background that includes roles such as Production Manager and Procurement Team Lead at Boeing from February 2018 to June 2020. Prior experience includes serving as an Aircraft Technician at Les Services Airbase Inc. and over 17 years at the Israel Ministry of Defense as an Avionics Manager. Demitry Faler holds a degree as a practical engineer in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Technical College in Beer Sheba, augmented by additional education from The Open University of Israel and the Israeli Air Force.
