Murtaza Afzal

Murtaza Afzal is a seasoned network security professional currently serving as a Senior Network Security Specialist at ROSHN since March 2024. Prior experience includes leading network and security operations at LTIMindtree from January 2020 to February 2024, where Murtaza worked extensively on Fortigate and Palo Alto firewalls, as well as various network security solutions. Murtaza also served as a Network and Security Specialist at Saudi Payments, contributing to the design team with significant documentation of firewall rules and configurations across multiple data centers. Earlier career experience includes a role as a DRC Engineer at Petro Rabigh and positions as a Network Administrator and Network Engineer with FNSS Middle East Co. Ltd and Abdulla Fouad Group, respectively. Murtaza holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the Virtual University of Pakistan and has completed ICS at Pakistan International School Riyadh.
