Ben Charlick has an extensive work history in the field of human resources. Ben began their career in 2014 as an intern and assistant at Mary Free Bed Rehabilitation Hospital and Leprino Foods, respectively. From 2015 to 2016, they served as an interim manager and generalist at Orthopaedic Associates of Michigan. In 2016, they joined Tyson Foods as a human resources manager and later became the training and development manager. The following year, they transitioned to Michigan Wheel as a human resources manager. In 2021, they returned to Tyson Foods as the human resources director before moving to their current role as the director of talent enablement at Roskam Baking Company.
