Johnny Dyreborg is a seasoned Senior Researcher at The National Research Center for the Working Environment since 2008, with a robust background in safety research, particularly focusing on organizational aspects of safety, safety culture, and safety climate. Simultaneously, Johnny serves as a part-time lecturer at Roskilde University since August 2007, teaching and providing guidance in Working Life Studies and Business Studies. With extensive experience in occupational safety research across various sectors including manufacturing, transport, construction, and healthcare, Johnny has also held positions such as Health and Safety Expert at World Systems (Europe) Limited and Expert national détaché at Eurostat, where methodologies for accident registration and occupational diseases were established across the EU Member States. Johnny holds a PhD in Social Science and a Master’s degree in technical-social studies from Roskilde Universitet.
