Henrietta Sinha

Henrietta Sinha is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in total rewards and human resources operations. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of Total Rewards at Lykan Bioscience since August 2022, Henrietta previously held the position of Head - Total Rewards & HR Operations at NECI from May 2008 to September 2022. Prior roles include Senior Manager - Human Resources at ITW Signode India Ltd and Senior Business Executive at NIIT Technologies. Henrietta holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from XLRI Jamshedpur and a Bachelor of Science in Physics from Stella Maris College, along with educational experience from Northeastern University. Henrietta is also certified as SPHR, SHRM-SCP, and HCS.
