Evgeny Dolgosheev

Evgeny Dolgosheev has extensive work experience in the tax and consulting field. Evgeny started their career in 2008 as a Tax Consultant at PwC, where they provided tax consulting services for various energy companies. Evgeny worked their way up to Senior Tax Consultant, Tax Manager, and eventually became a Senior Tax Manager. In this role, they managed consulting projects for both Russian and foreign oil and gas companies, including corporate taxes, transfer pricing, and legislative amendments.

In 2014, Evgeny joined Rosneft as the Deputy Head of Division in the Tax Department. Evgeny was responsible for overseeing tax-related matters and providing guidance to the team. Evgeny later became the Head of the Tax and Customs Tariff Policy Division, where they continued to play a key role in tax and customs-related policies.

Evgeny Dolgosheev received their Specialist degree in International Business from Omsk State University (OSU) from 2003 to 2008.
