Falk Panek

Falk Panek is an experienced human resources professional with a career spanning over a decade in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Head of Human Resources at Rosneft since April 2018, Falk has previously held positions including Senior HR-Manager and HR-Consultant at Panek Business Coaching GmbH, where responsibilities included HR consulting for medium-sized businesses, interim HR management, and coaching. Falk's experience also includes being the HR-Business Partner and Personalleiter at Grundgrün Energie GmbH during its growth and liquidation phases, and leading HR strategy at Vanguard AG, both as Head of Human Resources and as Human Resources Manager. Falk holds a Diplom in Psychology from the University of Potsdam and studied at the University of Sydney.
