Olesia Kaxnovskaia

Olesia Kaxnovskaia has a strong background in the oil and gas industry. Olesia began their career at Deloitte as a Consultant in the Oil&Gas Practice from July 2007 to April 2010. Olesia then joined Gazprom Neft as a Leading Specialist in Business Development from April 2010 to August 2011. Olesia's most recent role was at Rosneft, where they served as Deputy Head of Division, M&A since July 2011. In this position, they were responsible for a variety of M&A transaction activities, including deals origination, financial modelling, due diligence, negotiations, and settlement arrangements, in various jurisdictions and with different counterparties.

From 2004 to 2009, Olesia Kaxnovskaia attended the Plekhanov Russian University of Economics, where they earned a Master's Degree in Finance and Financial Management Services. In 2006 and 2007, they also studied at the Copenhagen Business School, participating in the International Study Program in the field of International Law and Legal Studies.
