Victoria Shterengarts

Victoria Shterengarts began their work experience as an interpreter at IAAF in 2000, and continued in this role until 2002. Victoria then worked as a Marketing Manager at Avantix from 2002 to 2003. From 2003 to 2014, they worked at Gazprom Export, first holding several positions before becoming the Head of the LNG Export Directorate. In 2014, they joined Rosneft as the Head of Directorate for Gas Marketing and New Markets Business Development.

Victoria Shterengarts obtained their Masters in Business Administration (MBA) in Finance from the Higher School of Finance and Management, Academy of National Economy under the Government of Russia. Victoria completed this degree from 2009 to 2011. Prior to that, from 2000 to 2004, Victoria earned their Specialist degree in Economics and Management from the Institute of International Law and Economy named after A.S. Groboedov. Lastly, in 1999 to 2000, Victoria began their education at Touro College (Moscow) but did not complete their degree. During their time there, they focused on studying English and Economics.
