Alex Zimmer

Alex Zimmer has a diverse work experience that spans various roles and industries. Currently, they are serving as the Director of Client Services at Rosnet since 2022. Prior to this, they worked at SMG - Service Management Group for several years, where they held positions such as Director, Success Operations, Manager, Success Operations, Senior Solution Analyst, and Solution Analyst. In these roles, Alex was responsible for implementing changes to improve customer experience, managing teams, collaborating with leadership, and executing complex services. Before entering the corporate world, Alex worked at The University of Kansas as a Graduate Reference Specialist and a Graduate Teaching Assistant, where they developed expertise in research assistance and teaching.

Alex Zimmer received a Master's degree in English Literature from The University of Kansas from 2012 to 2014. During this time, their studies focused on Victorian era British literature and the Gothic novel. Prior to that, from 2009 to 2012, Alex obtained a Bachelor's degree in English from The University of Kansas.
