Ken McAdam

Ken McAdam has a strong background in risk management and business development. Ken has held various leadership roles throughout their career, including Vice President, Trustee, and Board Treasurer at Lodging Opportunity Fund REIT and Lodging Opportunity Fund, LLLP. Ken also served as a Vice President and Founding General Partner at Legacy Hospitality II, LLC and Legacy Hospitality I, Inc. Additionally, Ken has experience in insurance and risk assessment, working as a Senior Vice President at Ross Nesbit Agencies, Inc, Vice President at Hays Companies, and Vice President at Aon Risk Services. Ken began their career as an Insurance Agent at CO Brown Insurance and later worked as an Account Representative and Field Claim Representative at Liberty Mutual Insurance.

Ken McAdam attended Robbinsdale Armstrong High School from 1970 to 1974. Ken then pursued their higher education at the University of Minnesota Duluth from 1974 to 1978, earning a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General. In 1991, they obtained an Associate in Risk Management (ARM) certification from the Insurance Institute of America.
