Jordan Bowe, MHRD, currently serves as a Senior Human Resources Representative at Ross Stores, Inc. since January 2024. Prior experience includes roles as a Human Resources Lead at Loan Pronto and as a Human Resources Representative at National Carwash Solutions and Ross Stores, Inc. Responsibilities have encompassed HRD initiatives, creating offer letters, assisting with performance evaluations, and staffing support. Additionally, Jordan completed a Human Resources internship at EmergencyMD, focusing on recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations. Early in professional development, Jordan provided administrative support at EQ, contributing to employee onboarding and customer relations.
