Mark Rogers

Mark Rogers is the Group Vice President of Employment Law at Ross Stores, Inc., where they provide counsel and guidance on employment law matters. Previously, Mark held roles as Vice President and Senior Director of Employment Law at the same company, and served as Associate General Counsel at Del Monte Foods, Inc. Earlier in their career, Mark practiced as a Partner at Dillingham & Murphy, LLP, and worked as an Associate with Cox - Wootton, representing clients in various legal matters. Mark earned a Juris Doctor with Great Distinction from the University of the Pacific - McGeorge School of Law and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California, Davis.
