Alex Diguer

Alex Diguer has a diverse work history, starting with their role as a Sales Operations Specialist at Ross Video in August 2014. Alex then worked as an Inside Sales Representative and Business Development Manager - Legislative Solutions before becoming the Global Channel Program Manager in November 2017. In June 2021, Alex was promoted to Manager, Commercial Operations, and recently took on the role of Director, Commercial Operations in August 2022. Prior to their time at Ross Video, they served as a Manager at Midas Auto Service from March 2012 to July 2013. Alex also worked as an Authorized Dealer for Snap-on Tools from February 2010 to March 2012.

Alex Diguer attended Algonquin College of Applied Arts and Technology from 2005 to 2007, where they obtained a degree in Automotive Service Technician. In terms of additional certifications, they completed the Pragmatic Certified Product Master / Level VIII program at Pragmatic Institute in September 2021. Alex also underwent CMC Leadership training Level 3 at Canadian Management Centre in May 2021, and obtained a certification in CMC - Fundamentals of Finance from the same institution in May 2021.
