Alona R.'s work experience begins in 2005 as an English-Ukrainian-Russian Translator at Teleradioservice. From 2009 to 2010, they worked as a Customer Success Manager at Duna Copy, where they focused on managing customer expectations and improving internal processes. Starting in 2010, they joined HP as an Inside Sales Representative in the CIS-region, where they remained until 2015. At HP, they developed sales strategies and maintained customer relationships. From 2015 to 2019, Alona worked at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, first as a TS Sales Representative handling Global Accounts, Public Sector, and SMB-Accounts. In 2016, they became a Business Development Manager, responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. Later, they took on the role of TS Sales Representative for Volume Accounts in Ukraine and Azerbaijan, where they developed service solutions and managed leads. In 2019, Alona had brief stints at Allianz as an HR IT Operational Manager and Workforce Analyst, and then at msg as an SAP Information Technology Consultant. Currently, they are working at Ross Video as an Inside Sales Specialist for Eastern Europe, South Eastern Europe, Portugal, and Spain. Alona also previously held the same role for Central and Eastern Europe and for Eastern Europe, Southern Europe, Portugal, Spain, and the Middle East.

In 2005-2011, they attended the National Technical University of Ukraine 'Kyiv Polytechnic Institute', where they earned a Master of Engineering (M.Eng.) degree in Computer Technology/Computer Systems Technology.
From 2019 to 2022, they pursued a Master's degree in Business/Managerial Economics at Ukrainian Free University.
In 2023, they enrolled at the University of Oxford to pursue a Postgraduate Degree in Effective Leadership Through Emotional Intelligence.
